The conference is aimed at high-level policymakers and administrators with responsibility for taxation of financial institutions and instruments in their respective ministry of finance or revenue authority. Letters of invitation were issued to Ministers of Finance and Heads of Revenue Bodies on 3 March 2009.

Participants asked to return registration and hotel booking forms by Friday, 18 September 2009.

Each country is invited to send up to 4 participants. A registration form should be completed for each participant attending.
